Welcome to College Bootcamp (the "Course")! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Course provided by Jennifer Gershberg ("Company”). 1. Course Access and Content

Upon registration and payment of any applicable fees, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and participate in the Course for your personal, non-commercial use.

All materials provided as part of the Course, including but not limited to videos, slides, texts, quizzes, and other educational content, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Course materials without Company’s prior written consent.
1.3 Access Restrictions
You agree not to share your login credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the Course using your account. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of Course materials will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund and further legal action as appropriate.
3. Payment
3.1 Fees
Course fees are as stated on the registration page. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified. Refunds are not available once you have received access to the Course.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of or inability to use the Course.
Any unauthorized access to or use of Company’s servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Course.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland.
